Q2. Machining Materials：

Metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel, iron, etc. Please let us know the materials you will use in advance for our checking.

Measurement for all samples and will provide reports.
Sampling inspection for mass production and will provide reports for these quantities only.
 

Q8. Can we assemble other parts on the ordered items？

Please send us photos and drawings first. We will check if we can handle it. If we will, this extra cost will be charged.
（Please kindly note we will not compensate or repair for deformation, damage, scratches, discoloration, corrosion, etc. caused by machining failure, falling, accidental delivery or storage, etc., since our responsibility is the production of parts, instead of assembly.）
 

Q9. Can we produce existing parts if without drawings？

Yes, it must be the whole new item without any damage, to avoid any measurement errors.
Please provide photos or bring the real sample to our office for further discussion.
If we will produce this item, we will draw by ourselves.
We will begin to produce if drawings are confirmed by customers and do not violate the patent.
This will be discussed based on mass production and will provide a minimum order quantity.

Q10. Can we handle plating or other machining methods？

Yes, we have suppliers to handle requested machining. 『Please check』.
 

Q11. To provide CAD via e-mail？

Yes.
Please use DXF / DWG / MCD / JWC / IGES / Parasolid. While providing CAD, please enclose drawings in PDF as well.


Q12. Lead Time：

Please note lead time is different between sample and mass production.
We will inform customers of a lead time difference.
The priority for us is to meet customers’ expectation for lead time.
